Definitions

Dinkly: the mobile application developed and operated by Ster Software b.v., registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 75474913.
User: any individual or legal entity who installs or uses the Dinkly app.
Parties: Dinkly (Ster Software b.v.) and the user collectively.
Consumer: a user who is a natural person acting for personal purposes only.

Applicability

These terms apply to the use of the Dinkly app, all related digital services, updates, offers, and agreements arising from or related to the app. Deviations are valid only if expressly agreed in writing. Any conflicting or additional terms from the user are excluded.

Use of the App

The Dinkly app may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise misuse the app or its contents.

License and Intellectual Property

All rights to the app, including the software, interface, design, text, images, and data, are owned by Ster Software b.v. Users are granted a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the app. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works is strictly prohibited.

Pricing and Payments

If parts of Dinkly include paid features or subscriptions, all prices will be clearly stated in the app or on the website. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Payments are processed via the user's app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Liability

Ster Software b.v. is liable only for direct damages that are demonstrably caused by intent or gross negligence. Ster Software b.v. shall not be liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the app or subscription during the 12 months preceding the incident.

Privacy and Data Processing

Dinkly processes personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws (GDPR). All user data is securely stored on servers located in the United States of America (USA). See the separate Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Modifications and Updates

Ster Software b.v. reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Dinkly app at any time. Significant changes to these terms will be announced in advance through the app or by email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Ster Software b.v. is established.
