Using your remote during play

During play you can update the score instantly using your paired remote — either an Apple Watch or a Bluetooth button. With one tap per rally won, the score is updated without needing to touch the tablet, so you can keep full focus on the game.

After each button press, Dinkly immediately updates the scoreboard and announces the new score aloud. Everyone — players, opponents and spectators — sees the updated score live on the screen or court display.

If you are playing without internet and only using a Bluetooth remote, Dinkly still works offline. The remote sends the score update directly to the tablet, so you can continue playing even without online connection. For live sharing or online scoreboard viewing, internet is required.

Using a remote while playing ensures a smooth, uninterrupted game flow — no need to walk to the tablet after each rally. The match proceeds effortlessly with accurate scoring, following official pickleball rules.
