Assigning to a team

After pairing your remote (Apple Watch or Bluetooth button), you need to assign the remote to the correct team in your match setup. This ensures that each team’s button updates the correct team score.

Open the match setup screen in the Dinkly app, select the players for each team, and under the remote settings choose which remote belongs to which team. Once assigned, the button press will always register for that team during play.

If you switch sides or change teams between matches, make sure to update the remote assignment before starting — otherwise scoring might end up on the wrong team.
