Getting started with Dinkly is straightforward. The system works on your own device and turns a tablet into a live pickleball scoreboard that follows the official rules. To begin, download the Dinkly tablet app from the app stores and sign in with your Dinkly account so the app can activate your personal scoreboard environment.

After signing in, activate your subscription inside the app to unlock all scoreboard features. The subscription enables full match control, device connectivity and the real-time scoreboard display that players and spectators can follow during a match.

Once your account is active, place a tablet next to the court so the scoreboard is clearly visible. This device becomes the main display where the score updates automatically during play.

For hands-free scoring, you can connect an Apple Watch or a compatible Bluetooth button. These devices allow you to update the score without touching the tablet, so you can keep your focus on the rally. Connecting a remote is done directly inside the app before you start your match.

When your devices are set and your subscription is active, you are ready to start your first match. Dinkly will keep the score, apply the rules and announce each point as the game progresses.
